The Challenge
Building strict multi-tenant data isolation across shared infrastructure, managing per-conversation LLM context across three providers, implementing the WhatsApp Business API webhook flow, and a safe human-handoff mechanism that moves conversations from AI to a live agent without dropping state.
Our Solution
Next.js + Prisma + PostgreSQL backend with full RBAC across user roles, a background job system for scheduled campaigns, AI-assisted order extraction from chat messages, customer memory, push notifications, and a health monitoring layer for production diagnostics.
